1. Who I am

These terms apply to this website and to booking a call. My services are offered only to businesses, not to consumers.

2. What this website is

This website describes my service. It is not a binding offer. A cooperation only starts when we agree on it in writing; email is enough.

3. The free pilot

• The pilot is free for 30 days. The 30 days start with the first text sent to a real customer of your business.
• I don't ask for payment details for the pilot, and you don't sign anything for the 30 days.
• You approve every text before it is switched on.
• After 30 days, you decide. If you stay, the price is $500 a month, month to month, for as long as you stay. You can cancel with one message.
• If you cancel, I switch the system off and send you your contacts and conversations.
• I run one free pilot. If it is already taken when you book, I tell you before the call. I may decline a pilot if your business is not a fit.

4. No guaranteed results

I build and run the system with care, but I can't promise a number of calls, bookings, jobs or revenue. Whether a text is delivered also depends on phone carriers and their approval of your business, which I don't control.

5. Your part

You decide which texts are sent and approve them. You are responsible for having the right to contact the people who reach your business, and you tell me when someone asks not to be contacted.

6. Liability

I am liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, I am liable only for breaching an essential contractual obligation, and only for the typical damage that could be foreseen when the agreement was made. Any further liability is excluded.

7. Law and place of jurisdiction

German law applies. To the extent permitted, the place of jurisdiction is Kempten (Allgäu), Germany.

8. Changes

I may update these terms. The version shown on this page at the time you book applies to that booking.
